Web page won't display or shows login screen

If you have already logged into the forum, and a dialog like the one illustrated appears when you try to view a resource, try the following to resolve the issue.

First try to reload or refresh the page you are on in your browser.

If refreshing doesn't work, you may need to clear your browser cache, or force refresh the page. What is most likely happening is that your browser has stored an incorrect version of the page we need to force it to go back to the webserver and get fresh content.
